Q: Are all your products handmade?
Yes! Every item at Gillorious Creations is handmade with love in Toronto. We take pride in craftsmanship and cultural storytelling through every creation.

Q: Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! Most of our products are customizable—whether it's names, dates, colours, language or design tweaks. Simply leave your instructions in the personalization box at checkout.

Q: Can I request a custom design that’s not listed?
Yes! We love bringing new ideas to life. Please contact us through our website or Instagram with your idea, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from Toronto, Canada. International shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
Each item is made to order. Production takes 3–7 business days. Shipping time varies by region:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days
  • USA: 4–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $300 CAD.

Q: What materials do you use?
We use high-quality wood, acrylic, soy wax, and professional-grade printing tools. We prioritize safe, durable, and eco-conscious materials.

Q: Are your candles safe to burn?
Our decorative candles are hand-poured using 100% soy wax. While they are designed for display, they can be burned with proper care. Always use a heat-safe dish and follow safety instructions included.

Q: Will my item look exactly like the photo?
Each item is handmade, so slight variations in colour, grain, or shape may occur. That’s the beauty of artisanal work - no two pieces are ever exactly the same!


💳 Payment & Policies

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Q: Can I make changes to my order?
Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Email the Seller at gilloriouscreations@gmail.com within 24 hours of ordering. After that, we’ve likely started working on your custom piece and cannot accommodate any changes.

Q: What’s your return policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), please contact us within 2 days of delivery with proof and we’ll make it right.
